• Basic usage data: Anonymous analytics such as page views and error rates

3. Your Images

This is the most important part of our privacy policy. When you upload an image to FixImg.ai:

• Your image is sent to our AI processing server
• The background is removed and the result is returned to you
• Your original image and the processed result are not permanently stored on our servers
• We do not use your images to train AI models
• We do not share your images with any third parties (except the AI processing service)
• HD images are temporarily stored for up to 2 hours after payment for download, then permanently deleted

4. Payment Data

5. Cookies and Analytics

• Paddle: Payment processing
• Cloudflare: Hosting and content delivery

• HD processed images: Deleted after 2 hours (or when download link expires)
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (handled by Paddle)
• Server logs: Deleted after 7 days
