By accessing or using FixImg.ai, operated by Fiximg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FixImg.ai provides an AI-powered image background removal service. Users can upload images, have backgrounds removed automatically, and download the resulting transparent PNG files. The Service offers a free 400px watermarked download and a paid HD full-resolution download for $0.77 per image.
You agree to use FixImg.ai only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringe on any third-party rights, contain nudity or violence, are protected by copyright without authorization, or contain malware or harmful code.
HD image downloads are available for a one-time payment of $0.77 per image. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are in USD.
After a successful payment, your HD image will download instantly and automatically to your device. No links, no waiting, no expiry.
We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].
Your uploaded images are processed instantly and are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not use your images for training AI models or any other purpose beyond providing the background removal service.
You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By using the Service, you grant Fiximg a temporary license to process your images solely to provide the background removal service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI background removal will be perfect in all cases. Results may vary depending on image complexity.
Fiximg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
